TERMS OF SERVICE

✦ COMMISSIONING ME MEANS THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED ALL THE TERMS DESCRIBED BELOW ✦

GENERAL
● Commissioned illustrations are for personal use only.
✧ For COMERCIAL USE : Commercial use fees are worth half the price.
● Don't EDIT, TRACE or MODIFY the final artwork. Please credit me if you are using the art on social media.
● Keep in mind that I usually modify the colors according to my art style, using layer modes, filters, etc.
● I have the right to refuse the commission proposal if I can’t fulfill the standards.PAYMENT
● Payment may be made 50% upfront and 50% upon completion before receiving the final file, or 100% upfront. For sketch and chibi commissions, payment must be made 100% upfront.
● If the character is very complex or if add-ons is requested (such as aditional accesories or specific backgrounds), the price will be increased.
✧ Payment is in USD and invoiced via Paypal, unless if you re commissioning me via VGen.REFUNDS
● There’s NO REFUND. Unless if for some reason I can’t do your commission anymore, any payment made will be refunded by complete.
● If I dont deliver the commission after the hard deadlines described on each service to the client. Said client have all the rights to ask for a complete refund.USE
●Unless a commercial fee is discussed, the commissioner is only allowed to use the artwork for personal use.
●The client can post the commission wherever they want but they can't claim the work as theirs.
●You are not authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”
●Printing or the making of any goods with my art are for personal use only, unless a commercial fee was payed.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
● Commissioned illustrations may not be used for in any block-chain related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any future developments in the space.
●I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a Public Commission, I may do whatever I wish with the art (eg. post it to other sites such as Instagram) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design.DEADLINES & DELIVERY
● My working time is between 1 week to 3 months for each commission (times vary for each different tipes of commission), sometimes in less time. Please be patient.
● A rush fee may be discussed depending if you have a exact delivery time in your commission.
● The client will receive a rough, colored sketch for approval before finalization. The final illustration will be sent as a high-quality PNG.REVISIONS & COMMUNICATION
✧ Any large edits should be requested during the rough sketch stage. After the illustration is finalized, only minor edits will be allowed without additional charges.
